Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
✔ 1 years’ experience in a recruiting environment preferred
✔ 1 years’ in recruiting or related industry preferred
✔ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
✔ Plumbing industry experience a plus
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
✔ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite and teams preferred
✔ Experience HR functions a plus
✔ Bilingual a plus
✔ Ability to pass a drug screen and background check required
✔ Ability to sit for extended periods of time in an office setting with a high tolerance for heavy phone and computer work required
