Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. May be responsible for the recruitment process for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Recruiting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Recruiting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     SUMMARY

    The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for executing the recruitment strategy for the Yates Commercial Division while also providing hands-on recruitment support to ensure timely placement of resources.

    CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategy for Yates Commercial, establishing candidate pipelines to meet current and future needs across multiple states.
    • Establish reporting metrics to track success, timeliness, and efficiency of hiring activity.
    • Determine the best recruiting methods and outlets to meet the needs of the organization and projects, negotiating terms and managing relationships with search firms and job boards as appropriate.
    • Establish relationships with division, corporate, and project leaders in order to understand business/staffing needs and offer solutions through creative and effective sourcing and hiring practices, taking initiative, prioritizing, influencing, negotiating and partnering effectively.
    • Lead regular meetings with recruiting team and division managers to ensure project staffing needs are met; providing metrics reporting weekly or as appropriate.
    • Provide leaders with guidance through the interview, offer, and hiring process; leveraging support from broader HR team as appropriate.
    • Gather data regarding industry trends and labor market conditions; adjusting strategies as needed and sharing data with broader HR team and management as appropriate.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field of study required.
    • 10 years of agency and/or corporate recruitment experience required.
    • 3 years management experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience or knowledge of construction industry strongly preferred.
