Position Summary:
The Recruitment Manager, you play a key role in ensuring our client has the talent strategies and pipeline needed to support our strategic growth objectives. You will collaborate with Leadership and Huaman Resource Leader to scope and plan and deliver a talent strategy that supports our growth. research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Full cycle recruitment working closely with our Hiring Managers
· Manage all posting for all positions as needed
· Develop, maintain, and manage job postings across all resources
· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
· Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
· Drafting all offer letters
· Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Public Relations
· Serve as liaison/advocate between the program and the community including surrounding neighbors to build partnerships!
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
· Ability to work independently and as a collaborator
· Analytical and critical thinking skills, along with good planning and organizational skills
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
· Ability to work under pressure situations and firm deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft and Google sheets
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
· 3 - 5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is required
· SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
