Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. May be responsible for the recruitment process for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Recruiting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Recruiting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. As the Casino Anti Money Laundering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing the casino's AML compliance strategy. You will lead the Title 31 team and oversee their activities to ensure full compliance with regulations.

    Your responsibilities will include reviewing incident reports, conducting internal audits, training staff on AML procedures, monitoring financial transactions, and collaborating with regulatory agencies. Your diplomacy, attention to detail, and analytical skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of the gaming industry!     Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 DOE

    Responsibilities:

    • Review "Title 31" incident reports for suspicious activity and file appropriate reports (SAR) when necessary
    • Lead and manage the Title 31 team, ensuring full compliance with regulations and accurate reporting
    • Train and educate casino staff on AML procedures and detection of suspicious activity
    • Monitor and analyze large financial transactions to identify potential money laundering or fraud
    • Establish relationships with regulatory agencies and law enforcement
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure effective adherence to AML SOPs and programs
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to comply with Title 31 requirements
    • Stay up to date with Title 31 laws, regulations, and best practices
    • Train and mentor Title 31 auditors and analysts on changes in regulations
    • Ensure accuracy of promotional tax forms and year-end filings with IRS
    • Provide performance feedback and conduct performance reviews for direct reports

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of Title 31 and AML experience
    • Minimum 1 year of AML/Title 31 leadership management experience
    • Proficiency in data analytics and report creation
    • Gaming industry experience is required
    • AML certification is highly preferred
    • BS degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in SQL is highly preferred
