Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. May be responsible for the recruitment process for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Recruiting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Recruiting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     DAY TO DAY AS A RECRUITING MANAGER

    As the Recruiter, you will shape the organization's success by implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include processing background screenings, collaborating with department managers on job descriptions, selecting qualified candidates, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will play a key role in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making recommendations during the offer process. Additionally, you can participate in college job fairs, assist with training new hires, and maintain data integrity within our HR systems.

    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • or equivalent work experience
    • required.
    • At least five years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
    • HRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
    • SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
    • Work experience in an ABA company is a plus.
