Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Conduct data research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
- Develop content, menu design and graphics that is consistent, but highlights each restaurant’s unique brand.
Education and Professional Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
- At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
- Experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva preferred.
