This role will be shared between Keller Williams Elevate and Keller Williams Living. With two KW Brokerages to call home, they will split their time between KW Elevate in Strongsville and KW Living in Solon, with occasional travel to branch offices in Medina and Brecksville.
They are aligned with the Operating Principal’s vision for the Market Center and assist the Team Leader in leveraging the tools of the Growth Initiative to achieve set expectations through attracting, recruiting and retaining agents. They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system in their dealings with others. They
are natural leaders who embrace succeeding through others. They are humble, hard working, determined and coachable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Team Leader to recruit talented existing agents and those interested in getting their real estate license.
- Help share Market Center’s value story.
- Daily communication with Team Leader to coordinate efforts.
- Assist leadership team in creating and teaching a world class training calendar.
- Create social posts and email campaigns to attract talent to trainings.
- Manage/oversee database and ensure proper follow up with active pipeline.
- Consult and maintain relationships with existing agents.
- Act as Team Leader in their absence.
- Establish an attraction process for finding and vetting agents.
- Help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully.
- compete in this market.
- Provide weekly progress reports to TL and General Manager on appointments and recruiting databases.

Qualifications:
- Two years of work experience in real estate OR recruiting experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Project management and system development experience.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 that includes base salary and performance bonuses.
