Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent at all levels at multiple sites
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill open positions
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, social media and community resources
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices
- Location shows as remote; time will need to be spent in our nursing homes.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems for recruitment and employee data management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Experience in sales or relationship management is a plus
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
