Recruiter attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Being a Recruiter contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May facilitate orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews for employees leaving the organization. May require a bachelor's degree in human resources. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Recruiter work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     • Support hiring for all departments by collaborating with Managers
    • Must have a positive attitude, be encouraging, engaging, and realistic about potential matches
    • Represents the Company to potential employees and acts as a role model
    • Exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills
    • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred

    QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor's degree, or three or more years of relevant work experience. Full-cycle recruiting experience. Willingness to travel. Two or more years of experience with full recruitment process. Experience sourcing top talent for a variety of roles in a competitive market.
    Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred.
    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    REASONING ABILITY
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    COMPUTER SKILLS
    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resource systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
