• You have at least 1 year of Recruiting Experience?
• You have at least 2 years of Digital Marketing Experience?
• You have a history of consistent employment for at least 2 years with a previous employer?
• You have excellent computer skills? (Professional IT Experience is a Plus!)
• You have a valid D.L., access to reliable vehicle with insurance, & can transport clients if necessary?
• You have extensive Community Service? (Big Plus!) Ideal candidate will already have a network of relationships in the community.

• (9am – 5pm) Monday – Friday
• Office Location: Martinsburg, WV

Responsibilities!

• Proactively seek out locations (job fairs, colleges, trade schools, chambers of commerce, etc.) to represent the Company and find potential employees.
• Assist in Digital Marketing, using every available social media platform and online recruitment system to find employee candidates.
• Assist in conducting interviews of employee candidates, under the supervision of the management team.
• Assist in onboarding new employees (paperwork, some training, etc.).
