You commission will be based upon a percentage of top line company revenue. We’re a 7-figure revenue company so you’ll be making money from day one. Your windfall, should you decide to accept the challenge, will come as you help grow the company.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Business Development will be responsible for increasing revenues and helping assemble the support structure to scale the company over the next three years. If you’re a great success, you will be given the opportunity to assume the roles of COO and, eventually, company President. In addition, if you are a great success and you can help us grow to an 8-figure revenue company, the CEO would be open to you obtaining an ownership stake in the company.
To make this work, you MUST possess strong contacts in the home care space in all areas – doctors, rehab centers, hospitals, etc. Just as important would be your ability to infuse ideas and contacts in the area of finding caregivers. Although we interview 15 to 20 caregiver applicants per week, we’re only looking for quality employees to serve our clients. If you know this space, you know they are hard to find. But with the right ideas and the right contacts, we can make big and positive impacts on our community.
The home care space is growing at an alarming rate and reaching an 8-figure revenue company is extremely doable with right team..
The CEO wants someone who aligns with his vision of delivering quality care through our caregiver base across Orange County, CA. There are lots of players in this space. We must set ourselves apart from the others through our passion for helping people, integrity, honesty, training of our team members, and providing care that is second to none.
Compensation: Will be up to you… the bigger we grow, the more you make. Range will be $40,000 to $400,000 per year.
