JOB SUMMARY:
At Home Care by Onyx is seeking a self-driven Healthcare Recruiter to perform full-cycle recruiting for in-home Caregiving. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, communication skills and proficient knowledge in computers.RESPONSBILITIES:
- Source, screen and recruit quality candidates
- Post job ad's and ensures all appropriate information is outlined
- Utilize creative sourcing tools to connect with both active and passive candidates
- Post job ad's and ensures all appropriate information is outlined and current
- Schedules interviews with candidates and hiring managers/teams
- Drafts and sends offer letters to potential new employees
- Strong time management skills to optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly results
- Continually engages with hiring managers to understand and communicate recruitment needs
- Other duties as assigned.
