Requirements:

• 23 years of age or older

• Possess a valid Driver’s License, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle

• Pass a drug screen and BCI background check

• Clean BMV driver’s record (4 points or less)

• Be reliable and available every day, Monday through Friday, to report to work at our primary Toledo-area office location between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and on occasional evenings and weekends

• Capacity to multi-task and remain attentive to multiple events and details simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with conflict in a professional and positive manner

• Self-motivated and resourceful in the absence of clear training, direction or procedure

• Willingness to work one-on-one with clients

• Must have 2 years of experience working in an office setting

• Experience in a healthcare-related field, especially in caregiving, home health or home care

Specific Skills Needed:

• Associates degree or higher preferred

• Have a coachable attitude with willingness to adapt and make changes

• PC skills: Computer literate. Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) which includes creating reports and spreadsheets

• Human Resource skills including interviewing, hiring and retention

• Ability to work independently and with minimal structure while exercising great judgment

• Dress and present yourself in a professional manner

• Ability to proof-read an article and make needed corrections

• Possess a professional and friendly voice on the phone
