**Job Overview:**
Graceful Day Personal Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Care Aides to join our team. As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support to our clients, assisting them with their daily needs and ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist clients with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, and other daily activities- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Maintain documentation of client care and observations
- Report any changes in client's condition to the Supervisor
**Requirements:**
Previous experience as a caregiver or home care aide preferred- Completion of training program for home care aides
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
