Primary responsibilities as a Recruiter / HR Generalist at Kingston:

• Recruit the absolutely best caregivers and support staff for our residents

• Retain high performers and ensure they have FUN at work!

• Build relationships with area schools

• Attend community job fairs, and events to promote Career opportunities

• Lead by example using our key company Mission, Approach and Trainings to guide you

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years healthcare recruiting experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
