THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across a variety of roles within finance, business development, and HR. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for engaging top talent and a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates
• Proactively source candidates through online channels, professional networks, and referrals
• Manage job postings across various job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate final interviews
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
• Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment status
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and report on candidate progress

This is a fully remote position and minimal travel may be required.  

This is a temporary 90 day assignment.

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $35 - $45/hour. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Minimum of 5 years of senior recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on high level finance, business development, and/or HR roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
