As a Recreational Director for Gymnastics and Tumbling, your role involves overseeing and managing the recreational gymnastics programs. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Responsibilities:

• Program Oversight: You will be responsible for overseeing gymnastics classes, lesson plans, and staff training.
• Leadership Team: You’ll become part of the leadership team, contributing to the organization of events for recreational programs.
• Organization: Ensure smooth coordination of classes and activities within the gymnastics program.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with staff, parents, and participants.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment for students and coaches during practices and events.
• Role Model: Serve as a positive role model for gymnasts, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Gymnastics & Tumbling Background: Experience with basic knowledge of gymnastics & tumbling is highly preferred. However, this role requires experience with management and/or program developement.
• Passion for Children’s Development: A strong commitment to working with school-age children.
• Team Player: Excitement about being part of a team and contributing to the program’s success.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and potentially additional hours.
• Customer Service Skills: Focus on providing excellent service to participants and their families.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
