Recreational Therapy Director directs the programs and staff of the recreational therapy department including policies and procedures. Sets and implements guidelines for recreational therapy programs. Being a Recreational Therapy Director conducts patient programs in areas of social interaction, theater, games, crafts, and music. Communicates the results of patient care to other health services. Additionally, Recreational Therapy Director may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. May require professional certification. The Recreational Therapy Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Our team seeks a Facilities Coordinator to help us create better outdoor experiences by splitting knowledge, giving recommendations, and engaging with our maintenance and operations team every dayWith your help, we will Give development, implement, and execution of the company's Facility Maintenance program from installation to system commissioningYou will guide Distribution Center Mechanics on the technical aspects of their position and direct external contractors and vendorsReady to discover better with us?  

     

    This position will be Monday through Friday: 6am - 2:30pm


    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    How you will be successful: 

    • Be accountable for training and scheduling of all necessary resources to help maintain and repair all equipment.   
    • Responds to situations and coordinates response to resolve or escalate issues.  
    • Acts as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving PLC and conveyance issuesResearches, coordinates, and implements improvements and modifications. 
    • Secondary Help to IT for Computer Server maintenance and program rationale for all PLC, Put to Light, and MHE Computer rationale databases. 
    • Maintains and upgrades systems by System Requirements and partners with the IT Team to give adequate reporting.  
    • Experience with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 
    • Schedules, partners, and oversees the relationship between REI and contractors/vendors to impact the facility's equipment and property functioning. 
    • Monitors and reports the performance of the material handling equipment and rolling stockMakes recommendations on improvements.  
    • Develops and executes installations and repair plans to meet or maintain production plans (prevent downtime). 
    • Drives daily processes to maintain original equipment manufacturing quality and standards while helping the planned volume and production plans 
    • Forecasts staffing needs for projects and schedules as needed, equalizing workload. 
    • Provides direct feedback and career development to Mechanics. 
    • Helps prepare annual department business plan and budgetRecommends changes to systems, policies, and practicesMaintains the departmental standard operating procedures.

    Your qualities:  

    • 5 years' experience in Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving material handling equipment control issuesThis includes conveyor controls and programmable rationale controls (circuit board to network interface level). 
    • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
    • 5 Years' experience in on-site project management. 
    • Preferred: 2 Years' experience in utilizing a CMMS System. 
    • Flexibility in schedule; To include 24 hours of the day at various times throughout the 7-day week. 
    • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 
    • Functioning and working knowledge of Systems Testing, extracting data, and reporting.
