General Definition of Work
Performs work supervising staff, planning daily activities for the various recreation and youth programs, ensuring safety protocols and rules are being followed, enrolling participants into programs, assisting in budget preparation and maintenance, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Work is performed under the supervision of the Recreation Fitness Manager.
Supervision exercised over assigned staff.

Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED and one to three years of experience with customer service and program development in a recreation environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay ranges from $18.36 per hour up to $25.70 per hour, plus a generous benefit package.
