Minimum Qualifications | Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Business, Communications, Parks and Recreation, Conservation Social Science or related field. Level I- Bachelor's Degree with no experience. Level II- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area. Level III- Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area. Substitutions allowed for Experience: When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience. The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements for work in the United States at the time the appointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the term of employment. |
