Records Manager develops and manages the company records department and information management programs. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records. Being a Records Manager evaluates and recommends media formats and storage requirements to be used for records/information. Ensures that processes and policies that comply with all regulatory requirements for record retention are followed. Additionally, Records Manager designs and implements systems and processes to protect and secure critical records and information. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Records Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
    • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
    • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
    • Manage staff levels, wages, hours,
    • Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
    • Responsible for all aspects of vehicles
    • Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with clients
    • Manage relationships with key operations vendors
    • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
    • Communicate customer issues with management team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
    • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
    • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
    • Work closely with the GM and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively
    • Must be able to lift/carry 40 lbs or more repeatedly. Some days can be labor intensive.
