We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Clerk to join our team. As a vital member of the Clear Behavioral Health family, the Medical Records Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records across our 4 outpatient facilities, 1 inpatient residential detox, and mental health residential facility, primarily located in the South Bay. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the seamless flow of information within our healthcare environment.
