Job Description:

Busy radiology imaging center requires Medical Record Clerk to delivery administrative tasks:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Print reports daily
• Send /mail reports to physician offices
• Communicating with physician offices and follow-ups to their medical records requests
• Scan documents/reports to system
• Keep track of radiologists’ work-lists to ensure exams are read
• Burn CD upon request
• Check out films
• Download CD from outside and import to PACS
• Assisting in answering incoming calls
• Assisting in scheduling appointment for patients

Requirements:

• Must be fluency in English and Chinese and good communication skill
• Must be computer literate and accuracy in entering information
• Knowledge in word and excel
• Excellent in-patient service care
• Must be HIPPA compliance
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced office

Job Details:

Location: City of Industry

Pay: $Depending on Experience

• Medical records: 1 year (Preferred)
