Receptionist jobs in New Hampshire

Volvo Cars Exeter is currently searching for a Full-Time Receptionist/Cashier for our award winning dealership. If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for assisting customers, then we want you to be part of our team!

This is a Tuesday-Saturday job.

Job Requirements

• Answer incoming telephone calls and route to the appropriate individual or department
• Greet customers warmly and professionally and direct them to the appropriate department
• Process payments from the Service Department
• Works cooperatively with the Sales, Service and Parts departments on different issues involving the customer
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the customer waiting area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification

• Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in team environment
• High attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Exeter, NH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
