Being a Receptionist performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. Additionally, Receptionist may provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Receptionist works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Award Winning Massage Clinic is looking for an upbeat, friendly receptionist who wants to be a part of a team that helps people feel better! We have part time availability. Shifts include Wednesday-Friday 3pm-8:30pm. Flexibility to help cover occasional other shifts required.

Job Requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic cash handling skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google office suite.
Familiarity with Mindbody Online prefered (or similar programs)
Receptionist and/or customer service experience preferred. Sales experience a plus.
Flexibility to help cover sick calls or vacations during the week.
