Real Estate and Relocation Director jobs in the United States
Real Estate and Relocation Director directs and oversees a health care facility's real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location. Oversees the negotiation process for all transactions. Being a Real Estate and Relocation Director evaluates properties to ensure organizational needs are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Real Estate and Relocation Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Responsibilities include handling the Client Care Center as the first point of contact for public inquiries regarding properties on the website. Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate’s degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
Experience:
- Two to four years business experience.
- Real estate or relocation background preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Good organization and time management skills.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
