Real Estate and Relocation Director directs and oversees a health care facility's real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location. Oversees the negotiation process for all transactions. Being a Real Estate and Relocation Director evaluates properties to ensure organizational needs are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Real Estate and Relocation Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. - Produce interview-style videos featuring agents, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses for social media platforms.
