Our onboarding & training is second to none. Your first 5 days with our company, we put you through an intensive onboarding where we teach you a hyper linear skillset; take leads from our numerous channel partners, and turn them into appointments - how to conduct a great buyer/seller consultation - and lastly, how to be comfortable with the contract. All with the goal of getting you showing property within 1 week. Continued training after onboarding happens 5 days a week. We always have some form of tactical training happening both over zoom &/or in the office. Topics like live connection roleplays, listing appointment presentations, closing classes, you name it, we train on it.
