Responsibilities include handling the Client Care Center as the first point of contact for public inquiries regarding properties on the website. Coordinates contact between the client, sales agent, mortgage and insurance representatives. Tracking success and create ongoing communications for training and development of this agent special team. This position will also coordinate all efforts for the rental department, including managing the application process, maintaining high level of communication with all parties, and input data into rental software to ensure proper follow up. Maintain status reports on all applications and provide updates. Ensure proper reporting, renewal tracking and reconcile reports as needed.
