Real Estate and Relocation Director jobs in Colorado

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and professional real estate executive assistant with a creative mindset to join our 3-person real estate team at Compass Denver. You will play a crucial role in supporting the operational growth of our business. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and possesses strong organizational skills to excel in this position.

Please note that this role is not a stepping stone to a real estate sales career; it is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing real estate business. This is a contract position without benefits.

• Assist in the coordination of events, both online and in-person, to showcase our offerings and build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Create marketing materials to promote our listings and services
• Oversee new listings in "pre-list" stage and coordinate all efforts around getting listings active on the market
• Complete daily tasks as assigned by principal brokers
• Maintain and update with 100% accuracy all customer databases
• Manage, update and maintain all listings, marketing and postings in real time
• Collect feedback from listings
• Provide transaction updates to clients
• Schedule miscellaneous appointments
• Keep all files maintained and updated

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen awareness for creating logical flow of work and ability to streamline current processes
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Organized, reliable, motivated, and ability to solve problems
• Must be a self-starter and be able to hit the ground running
• Strong aptitude for working as part of a group with ever-changing priorities
• Outstanding character and enthusiastic!
• Must be able to work independently, but able to ask for help and seek answers as necessary to maintain accuracy
• Must display an ability to showcase initiative and drive
• Knowledge of MLS, project management software, CRM programs
• Knowledge of G-Suite, Canva
