Camelot Properties is providing an opportunity for a comprehensive training program for a real estate agent trainee. All charges for the necessary real estate license will be taken care of by us. During the six months of the program (which can be taken up either part or full-time) you shall perform tasks such as calling our clients for events, dealing with prospective buyers and sellers, running errands, and promoting open houses. Your actions are authorized by a professional legal opinion letter considering that you are still unlicensed. Whilst you prepare for the real estate exam (both in-person or online), you will be working with us to master contract writing and negotiations. This is a chance to be a part of a great team of trainees.Compensation:

$7.20 - $15 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Calling our warm prospects to invite them to online seller workshops
• Calling our unconverted warm leads to ask them if they still want to buy or sell a home
• Calling our friends, family, and past clients to invite them to appreciation events
• Running errands from time to time in your car (installing signs, etc)
• Putting out flyers to neighbors when a home goes pending so that we have more buyers
• Shadowing a licensed agent to learn how to work directly with your own clients
• Attend weekly sales meetings and mentorship meetings/calls
• Studying to pass your real estate license exam within 6 months of your hire

Qualifications:

• Ability to work part or full-time as an employee
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Confidence to speak with people you don’t know on the telephone
• Writing skills to communicate effectively via business email
• Committed to follow up prospects
• Enjoy learning and getting better every day
• Desire to become a licensed real estate agent for your long-term career
