We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Compensation:
$96,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:-
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Develop a personal sphere of influence to build a network of client leads and convert those leads to forever clients

Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers in the Greater Lehigh Valley area and the Poconos

Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results

Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

Attend in-office coaching, training, and team meetings in our Allentown Market Center

Consistently network to create brand awareness and meet potential clients, developers, and other possible new agents
Qualifications:-
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Valid PA Real Estate License

At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

An established track record of successful real estate sales

High school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and have reliable transportation
