As an Lead Generator, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads from contacts we provide, nurturing client relationships, and setting appointments for our real estate brokerage. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of the real estate market. **Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect and generate new clients through outbound lead calling and other lead generation techniques.
2. Qualify leads by conducting thorough needs assessments and identifying potential real estate opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication and follow-up.
4. Educate clients on the buying and selling process, market trends, and available properties.
5. Set appointments for the real estate brokerage to meet with qualified clients.
6. Utilize our CRM systems to track lead interactions, update client information, and document progress.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
8. Stay informed about local market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in telemarketing and sales in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
4. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
7. Knowledge of real estate market trends, terminology, and regulations.
8. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
9. Valid real estate license required
**Benefits and Commission:**
- Your Commission pay earned is 100% based on clients who close from your lead generation initiatives from the leads we provide - 25% is earned from the net of each home closed.
- Your office fees, including E&O insurance is paid for by the brokerage. (you are required to maintain your license renewal and required CE Classes)
