Our fast-growing real estate company is seeking a new Disposition Specialist to facilitate the negotiations and sale of the properties held by and controlled by our company.
Your main responsibilities for this position are ensuring that you develop and implement the skills and strategies required to sell our real estate deals at the highest price to vetted investors and retail buyers. This will require analysis of numbers, patience in negotiation, and solid implementation and execution of contracting and selling a deal. This will also involve creating marketing offers or negotiations with possible buyers, who will purchase these properties either with cash or a loan. Selling these deals will place through either personal visits to the property or communication through email, text, and calls.
