Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Track tasks & activities in PLACE technology
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their goals and preferences for selling their property
• Provide expert advice on home staging techniques and improvements to maximize the property's market value.
• Utilize creative and strategic staging methods to enhance the visual appeal of homes, creating an inviting atmosphere for potential buyers
• Work closely with clients to declutter, rearrange furniture, and suggest cost-effective improvements to increase property value
• Stay informed about current market trends and design preferences to offer valuable insights to clients
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing and positioning strategies for the property
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listed properties, showcasing the staged homes through high-quality photos and virtual tours
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing promotional materials
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients while ensuring a smooth and timely closing process
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including contractors, photographers, and other stakeholders, to facilitate the staging and selling process
• Participate in weekly script practice, monthly call night & prospecting initiatives per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Qualifications

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional in Minnesota
• Learning-based, growth-minded
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with a focus on staging and preparing homes for sale
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and current home staging trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and pricing strategies
