We are seeking an Office Manager to manage the day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks at St. Louis Real Estate Society. These tasks are related to keeping our property management, maintenance/ construction billing, and real estate sales services running smoothly. Focused on keeping company books, as well as customer and vendor files organized and balanced. A successful candidate will possess excellent numerical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position offers a rewarding career to anyone who enjoys efficiency, making sure the numbers add up, systems are followed, and keeping things running smoothly. Hours are part-time, in our office, with flexibiity on schedule.
