    Duties & Responsibilities

    Initiate and manage all core business processes including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment and team development. Strive to increase revenues and decrease expenses. Supervise and assist team members complete all duties and responsibilities appropriately, safely and on schedule.

    • Problem Solving - Identify existing and potential problems and develop and implement solutions for the successful accomplishment of property objectives.
    • Leadership - Empower others to perform and provide necessary support, set and measure challenging standards of performance and facilitate the movement toward a common vision.
    • Coaching - Focus on actively training and coaching team members for high performance in current roles and proactively develop them for successful performance and promotion.
    • Communication - Communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings. Written/verbal communication should reflect appropriate vocabulary, grammar and word usage. Consistently and effectively communicate with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams regarding property performance.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Property Management experience

    Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles

    Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills

    Knowledge of fair housing laws and other applicable regulations

    Strong customer service skills

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Valid Driver’s License
