My Move DMV is a well-established team that helps 150 clients annually buy, sell, and invest in real estate across VA, DC, and MD. We have a full-time administrative staff to support you while doing what you do best — working with clients! This position will have a base salary plus a bonus structure.
Our team already has several outstanding agents and a proven track record. We’re looking to add an agent to our close-knit team; who must already possess or be pursuing a VA, MD, and/or DC real estate (preference will be given to candidates with more than one jurisdiction, or willing to get additional licenses). We are especially interested in MD-licensed candidates.
We provide the training, leads, and opportunities – you provide the drive and ‘can-do’ attitude! We are proud to approach our business with a ‘professional services consultant’ mindset, with well-defined processes and a focus on market data and honest advice. Our business is mostly referral-based and has professional coaches and systems dedicated to this. If you have a big sphere of influence, our system is ‘plug-and-play to help your career grow quickly, supplemented by leads from the team! Our successful agents close 20 transactions annually, which come through a mix of 1) 1:1 coaching on how to leverage your own sphere and lead generation activities, PLUS outside professional real estate coaching through one of the world’s largest coaching companies, and 2) leads provided by the team lead’s sphere, past clients, and other team marketing activities.
