Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and support our offices in the Lakes region of New Hampshire. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in providing leadership, guidance, and support to our agents, helping them succeed in their real estate careers while upholding the high standards of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty.

Key Responsibilities:

● Motivate, coach, and train real estate agents to achieve their full potential.

● Answer transactional questions and provide guidance on complex real estate matters.

● Assist agents in developing and implementing practical business plans to drive success.

● Foster a positive and supportive work environment to encourage collaboration and growth.

● Collaborate with the management team to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.

● Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in real estate.

Qualifications:

● Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain a New Hampshire Broker's license.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales

● Proven track record of success in real estate, with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulations

● Excellent coaching and training skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and upbeat personality

● Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

● Reasonable proficiency with technology
