Real Estate Zoning Manager jobs in Colorado
Real Estate Zoning Manager manages the administration and acquisition for network site development in real estate field. Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Being a Real Estate Zoning Manager coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Real Estate Zoning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Real Estate Zoning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Requirements
Leadership Responsibilities
- **Managing Broker License Required**
- Foster a culture of collaboration, support and teamwork where all individuals thrive
- Practice company selling techniques at the branch and company level and encourage broker adoption
- Implement the success systems and processes to get agents into production
- Perform annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly accountably sessions as needed to improve performance
- Monitor and improve branch performance engaging, educating and supporting team members as often as possible
- Track, Report, Improve, Repeat: key metrics, coaching notes, branch meeting notes, market update notes
Recruiting & Retention
- Recruit new agents who are successful professionals, that enhance and contribute to our culture and brand
- Out-counsel or terminate unproductive agents or those that do not embrace the Windermere culture
- Establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with agents through consistent coaching, mentoring and sales support
- Stay updated, informed and ensure that the value add of tools, resources and services are consistently visible and available to your branch.
- Participate in onboarding, orientation and transition of new recruits
