Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market analysis to provide expert advice on market conditions.
• Develop networks and cooperate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title companies and contractors.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently have or are actively working towards obtaining an Arkansas Real Estate License.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: $35,360.94 - $90,757.26 per year
