Fast-growing real estate team in Fort Mill, SC is looking for a full-time, valuable, motivated, service-oriented, Sales Representative with a “can do” attitude. This is a performance-based position. We provide one-on-one training and coaching that is practical, insightful, and tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of our business.

Are you a dynamic and versatile individual with a passion for real estate sales? We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team and take on a hybrid role that combines the best of both inside and outside sales. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide exceptional real estate services to our clients.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $35,000
• Expected Yearly Earnings Through Bonuses: $70,000
• Referral Compensation for Licensed Agents

$70,000 at plan earnings.

• Proactively identify and contact potential leads through phone calls, email outreach, and online platforms
• Engage with leads to understand their real estate needs, budget, and timeline.
• Qualify leads and determine their readiness to move forward in the buying or selling process
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for property showings, listing presentations, and consultations
• Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your market expertise to guide clients through the buying or selling process
• Stay current with local market trends and provide insights to clients

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
• Competitive/Winning attitude. Must want to be #1
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell; not easily intimidated
• Great communication skills and a willingness to work hard
