- Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
- Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
- On-point and responsive with clients and customers.
- Utilize technology, computer, printer, scanner, email, cell phones, and applications.
- Willing to receive training and one on one coaching and support check-ins.
- Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
- Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.
