We are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a hard worker who is looking to grow with us. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
· Assist to secure new business opportunities.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company database.
· Attending networking and industry events.
· Be familiar with and conduct property research on the MLS and various other public record sources.
· Accompany prospective clients to property sites and discuss property features and financials.
· Prepare supplementary materials and financial summaries of properties.
· Prepare and draft letters of intent, listing agreements and negotiate and draft purchase/sale agreement forms and addendums.
· Work with multiple parties to coordinate an efficient marketing and transactions process.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License
· 3-5 years of experience in real estate preferred, but not required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related industry or equivalent experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong understanding of effective prospecting
· Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of peers, clients, prospects, new construction developments, etc.
· Professional work ethic and integrity
· Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
