Real Estate Clerk, Sr. jobs in Sun Valley, NV

We are seeking a highly experienced Receptionist for a busy real estate company located in Reno, NV. Previous Reception and/or Administrative Assistant experience is highly preferred. MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. Applicant must have their own transportation, be reliable, professional, and well organized, ability to heavily multi-task under pressure with great attention to detail, have a positive attitude, and willing and able to complete anything that comes their way. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Answering Heavy Multi-Phone Lines and Routing Calls

· Greeting Walk-in Visitors and Clients

· Heavy Data Entry and Word Processing

· General Office Duties

· Scanning and Emailing Documents

· Able to lift 20 pounds

· Ability to Learn New Programs Quickly

· Able to Maintain a High Level of Confidentiality

· Must Enjoy Working with People and Supporting a Diverse Range of Personalities
