Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic counsel to clients in residential and commercial real estate matters
• Determine courses of action in contract controversy matters
• Draft and review various types of contracts
• Work within a case management system
• Review and analyze title search reports and title commitments
• Meet and consult with current and potential clients
• Conduct research in case law and Delaware statutes
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Must be a member of the Delaware Bar
• 2-5 years of experience as an attorney
• Ability to manage transactions from initiation to closure
• Experience with title searching is preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and efficient and the ability to work under pressure
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
