    Description: What you'll be doing

    Another Source's client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting a Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Tukwila, WA. We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with an interest in joining the in-house legal department at a growing real estate company. You will be joining a small, dynamic legal team with an opportunity to assist in a wide variety of contracts, transactions and general corporate areas.

    Internally this will be titled Senior Corporate Counsel

    About the role:

    This position will report to the General Counsel and provide direct transactional support to internal groups as well as work closely with outside counsel on a variety of real estate and corporate related matters. The focus will include data center lease, license, and other commercial agreements

    The salary range for this role is $118,548 - $183,749, depending on experience.

    Where you'll be spending your time:

      Provide transaction management and support for Sales executives, including drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial and data center lease agreements, amendments, carrier license agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
    • Provide transaction management and support for real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, easements, financing, sales, and related due diligence review
    • Provide support to Property Management, Data Center Operations, Construction, IT, Marketing and Communication teams with review of various agreements
    • Support General Counsel with general corporate matters and various legal projects
    • Provide mentorship to corporate counsel and corporate paralegal
    • Other projects and duties as assigned

    Experience you will bring to the team:

    • Proof of passed State Bar Exam and proof of good standing
    • J.D. from an ABA - accredited law school
    • 7 years of relevant real estate experience
    • In-house legal experience within a corporate setting preferred
    • Established track record of success in legal matters in a continually changing work environment
    • Proven experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating leases and other commercial contracts
