The property manager is responsible for all daily operational duties as well as the administrative aspects of the communities. This includes facilitating the goal of reaching and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, helping to collect 100% of the rent and fees in a timely manner, conducting site inspections to ensure 100% compliance with community standards, and completing reporting by deadlines as requested, among other duties.
