Real Estate Attorney handles all real estate related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Provides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions. Being a Real Estate Attorney requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Additionally, Real Estate Attorney typically reports to the top legal executive/general counsel. The Real Estate Attorney occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities and practice
The Salt Lake City, Utah office of Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. is seeking a real estate and banking associate with excellent academic credentials to join our growing real estate and commercial banking practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the areas of real estate and/or commercial banking, and general business transactions.

Personal skills/attributes
- Is conscientious with proven attention to detail
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate practical ideas and solutions
- Has strong verbal skills, with ability to clearly communicate advice to clients and others
- Embraces teamwork and values collaboration
Technical skills
- 2-4 years of experience in the areas of real estate and/or commercial banking, with a strong background in loan documentation
Other requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and be in good standing or be willing to become licensed in the State of Utah
