Provides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions. Being a Real Estate Attorney requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Additionally, Real Estate Attorney typically reports to the top legal executive/general counsel. The Real Estate Attorney occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Showing Agent - Real Estate

  • Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other ad hoc tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

    Requirements:

    You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

    You must have access to the MLS

    You must have experience showing homes in the Tuscaloosa area.

    You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

    Agents will be paid an average of $34 per home shown with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

    To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes using an electronic lockbox.

    If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed.
